The steam bath provides mild warmth, the moisture makes your skin silky soft and is good for your airways. If you like it more intense, our Finnish sauna is just the right thing for you. Here you sweat quickly and intensely, after that cool off and relax in our relaxation area.

You can enjoy a particularly healthy sauna in the infrared cabin. They protect your heart and circulation – that’s why a visit to the infrared cabin is recommended at any time of the day. The parlor sauna, in which the heart and circulation are gently strengthened and the metabolism stimulated, is particularly popular. Tensions are released and blood circulation is promoted. Also try out our samarium. Look forward to the refreshing experience showers, invigorating foot baths or the comfortable water beds on our sunbathing lawn.

Gentle stretching of the spine according to Shiatsu. Stretching and relaxing the main back muscles.
This gives slightly displaced vertebrae a chance to better return to their original position and improves the flow of energy.

The Breuss massage is a sensitive spinal massage, which can release mental, energetic and physical blockages. It initiates the regeneration of undersupplied intervertebral discs and is a key to solving problems in the musculoskeletal system. The Breuss massage is performed with high quality St. John’s wort oil. This treatment usually indicates whether a vertebral correction is recommended.
